Recording Settings

Follow the steps below in order to Schedule recording of Internet Radio using Smart Sound Recorder:

1. Run Smart Sound Recorder.

2. Configure Device and Input pin as described in Recording from media player

3. Choose Format Settings to save recorded audio file
   

4. Select a directory to save audio file by pressing Browse button in Target File Location (or leave it default).
   

5. Enter name of the audio file (default file name is date and time in the format year-month-day-hour-minute-second, yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss).

6. Configure Silence settings (or leave default values). It is recommended to enable Silence Detection and set When silent block option to Skip.
   

7. Set Maximum time to record (or leave default value – 0, that is unlimited recording duration)
   

8. Press Schedule button to invoke Scheduler dialog
   

9. Add new Recording Task using Scheduler
